We built a map of work, then made it hireable.
The Hired Company is a PauseTech Labs product. It started from a simple observation: businesses do not need more AI tools, they need the jobs done. Tools sit unused; roles get hired.
So we mapped the work. The Role Atlas is a curated library of 616 distinct professional roles, organised into 27 teams and 16 departments. Each role was written as a complete operating agent rather than a prompt, then reviewed against how the job is actually done in a real company.
You buy at whatever scale matches your problem: a single role, a team, a full department, a Tiger Team, or the entire Atlas as an operating layer.

The rules we build under
These are the rules the Atlas was built under, and the reasons the product looks the way it does.
Roles, not chatbots
A role is responsibilities, decision rights, workflows, deliverables, and worked examples. That is what a business hires, so that is what we sell.
Seniority is not a setting
An Engineer, a Senior Engineer, and an Engineering Manager do different work. Each is its own package, priced as its own product.
Categories, never vendors
Packages name tool categories rather than named products, so a role operates against the stack you already run and you are never locked in.
Your infrastructure
Nothing runs on ours. You install the package into your own Claude project or Claude Code, and the work stays inside your estate.
Human supervision by design
Every package assumes a person reviews and approves. We are not selling autonomy, we are selling leverage.
One ladder, honest pricing
Prices are published for every tier. Departments are banded on role count from the data, not from a negotiation.
