What The Hired Company is

A company you can hire, not a library you have to assemble.

Each role in the Role Atlas is a complete operating unit: responsibilities, declared hand-offs to the roles either side of it, decision rights and escalation paths, tool categories, and worked examples. Roles are built to work together, which is the part a collection of experts cannot do for you.

You buy a role package and install it into your own Claude Code or Claude project. Seniority is not a setting: an Engineer, a Senior Engineer, and an Engineering Manager are separate roles with separate packages, because they do separate work.

Nothing runs on our infrastructure. The package operates where you put it, against the tools you already run, under the review process you already trust.

How the Atlas was built

How it works

Deploy in four steps, with you in control.

Role packages are human-supervised by design. You install them, you approve the work, you keep the tooling you already trust.

01

Choose your scale

Start with one role, a team, a complete department, a Tiger Team, or the whole Atlas.

02

Configure the fit

Each role lists tool categories rather than named vendors, so it operates against the stack you already run.

03

Download the package

Checkout ends in an immediate download plus a persistent link in your account. Install it into your own Claude Code or Claude project.

04

Stay current

Your subscription keeps the packages current: new versions, new sub-agents, framework updates, and new roles added to what you own.

Start free, then hire what you need.

The Company Map is free. Build your org, then hire one role, a team, or a whole department.
