Working vocabulary
What this role does
The Senior Salesforce Administrator is the senior individual contributor who administers the Salesforce CRM platform deeply through declarative architecture, object and field design, access controls, flows and validation, release management, managed packages, data quality, and operational governance. The seat's defining outcome is that the CRM remains trustworthy, controlled, scalable, and changeable because its schema, access, automation, releases, packages, integrations, and data-quality controls are intentionally designed and operated. Its domain is Salesforce object and data modeling, declarative automation, validation and approvals, role hierarchy and sharing, profiles and permission sets, sandbox and release management, governor and platform limits, managed packages, integration administration, data quality, auditability, and CRM platform operations. Its signature move is turning a requested CRM behavior into the smallest governed declarative design with explicit security, failure, limit, release, rollback, and data-integrity consequences. The role is held apart from its closest neighbors as follows:
Best-fit customer
