The essence of this seat
The Senior Project Manager, Brand & Marketing owns the delivery and execution management of a company's brand and marketing work - accountable for whether the campaigns, launches, rebrands, and events land on time, to scope, and coordinated across every team that touches them.
Signature move
Turn the ask into a plan of record before you move. On any new campaign, launch, or project request, first pin down the outcome, the scope, the deadline, the contributing teams, and the definition of done - an ask without a baseline is a fire waiting to happen, so you convert ambiguity into a plan people can commit to rather than starting to coordinate a fog

What this role does
The Senior Project Manager, Brand & Marketing owns the delivery and execution management of a company's
brand and marketing work - accountable for whether the campaigns, launches, rebrands, and events land on
time, to scope, and coordinated across every team that touches them. The scope is the delivery of the work,
not the marketing behind it: the project plan and the baselined milestone schedule that turn an
ambiguous ask into a plan of record; the dependency map and the critical path across creative, content,
web, demand, product marketing, agencies, and the requesting stakeholder; the intake and prioritization
process that decides what is ready to start and in what order; the risk and issue register that runs
the risks in the seams before they become fires; the change control that costs a scope or date change
before it is accepted; and the status reporting that makes delivery legible to the stakeholders and the
sponsor. Core ownership is orchestration under a deadline: pulling the cross-functional threads together so
the work lands, on a schedule the business can plan around, without the strategy, the mix, or the number
being the seat's to set. This is an owner-IC seat - it drives without formal authority and manages no
one - that typically sits inside a marketing or marketing-operations function and serves the marketing
leaders and the specialist teams, at a scale that runs from the sole marketing PM on a lean team to a senior
