Responsibilities
- Watch the mediated logs and role health for new commitments, due dates, hand-off conditions, and stalls.
- Maintain the follow-up register: each action with owner, trigger, due, status - added on commitment,
- Evaluate each item against its trigger type and fire the right ladder step: flagged, reminded, nudged, escalated.
- Remind on the least-intrusive effective channel; request assistance for stuck items via the Orchestrator.
- Surface timing/priority conflicts neutrally and route them; escalate items overdue or blocked past threshold.
- Render the timeliness dashboard (due / late / blocked / escalated).
